Soul Mates Bridal is a Downtown Seattle bridal studio offering bridal gown rentals, courthouse elopement packages, wedding photography, bridal makeup, and styling services.
Position Overview
We are looking for a bridal makeup artist and hair stylist to support courthouse elopements, bridal portraits, studio photoshoots, and all-inclusive wedding packages.
Responsibilities
- Provide bridal makeup and hair styling for studio, courthouse, and outdoor sessions
- Create clean, camera-ready, long-lasting bridal looks
- Customize makeup and hair based on the client’s features, gown, veil, and shoot location
- Stay on schedule for early morning and courthouse appointments
- Maintain a clean and professional makeup station
- Coordinate with photographers, bridal stylists, and studio staff
- Bring and maintain professional makeup products and hair tools if applicable
- Assist with occasional before-and-after or behind-the-scenes content
Qualifications
- Bridal, event, or photoshoot makeup experience required
- Hair styling experience strongly preferred
- Portfolio, Instagram, website, or sample work required
- Experience with Asian bridal makeup preferred
- Bilingual Chinese and English preferred
- Reliable, punctual, calm, and professional
- Must be comfortable working with brides on important wedding days
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
