We are seeking a full-time, on-site Parts Specialist to join our team in Milford, NH. The Parts Specialist will assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other recreational vehicles. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, processing and tracking orders, assisting with product inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintaining the display and cleanliness of the parts department.

• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and their components
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Inventory management experience and proficiency in processing orders and handling product inquiries
• General computer skills, including familiarity with inventory systems and basic office software
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, particularly the service department
• Experience in a parts, retail, or motorsports industry role is a strong advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or mechanical certifications are a plus
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for motorsports
