SoughtHire is representing a fifth-generation, family-owned Charleston company where you'll grow relationships with hospitality, healthcare, and commercial customers across your territory.
So, here is the context: You will inherit an active $800,000 engine with 150 accounts already in motion. Because this seat has lacked a consistent point of contact lately (most recently the rep left for family matters), these clients have not heard from us. They want a reliable human who does what they say they will do. You know that a neglected territory isn't just a list of accounts—it's an opportunity to rebuild trust. It takes time for relationships to flourish, and to be honest, we haven't had someone in this seat long enough to see that fruit bear out.
If you carry yourself with an intentionality that makes people think, "Wow, there's something different about them," then we want to talk. You already know whether you have the discipline to run a territory on your own. We'll support you in whatever way you need—short of holding your hand.

Details:
Base $42,500 with $1,000 per month activity bonuses.
$200 Express Allowance per month
Gas card to cover all your gas
Commission payout for the current book of business you'll inherit
Plus I'll share the commission structure on first call for all new accounts you bring in
