What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production - Production Specialist position at Soufflet Malt?
As a team member of passionate malting professionals, you will learn the malting trade in an entry level position working an 8, 10 or 12-hour schedule on day, swing, or night shifts. This is a full time, regular position with a probationary period of 1,040 working hours.

- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel is preferred.
- Malting or brewing industry knowledge and/or experience is a huge plus.
- Unionized environment. Teamsters Local 058.
- Highly physical position, including walking, sitting, standing, climbing stairs and ladders in the plant environment.
- Outdoor work in all seasons during day, swing, or night shifts.
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 55 lbs.).
- Use of PPE.
- Must be able to wear a full-face respirator.
- Exposure to industrial noise from plant machinery.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
Salary : $36,300 - $50,678
