Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications, eyelash lifts, and tinting to enhance natural beauty with precision and artistry
- Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser treatments to promote skin health and rejuvenation
- Provide hair styling, hair extensions, threading, body waxing, and barbering services to meet diverse client needs
- Conduct product demos and recommend retail products to support clients’ beauty goals while driving sales growth
- Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage actively with social media management to promote services, showcase client transformations, and attract new clientele through compelling content
Experience
- Proven experience as a Lash Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skincare treatments
- Knowledge of advanced esthetic procedures including dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, tattooing, and body waxing
- Familiarity with salon management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY; proficient in social media management for marketing purposes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatments and product recommendations
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of sanitation
- Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state regulations; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser treatment are highly desirable

Pay: $1,948.71 - $2,346.84 per week
