Role Description The Temporary Valuations Production Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role supports the valuations team by preparing and formatting valuation documents, organizing data and images, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. The assistant coordinates information from various departments and specialists, updates internal systems, and tracks project timelines to meet client deadlines. Daily responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining digital and physical files, assisting with report production and quality checks, and responding to internal inquiries regarding valuation materials. The role may also involve light research, data entry, and support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications
