This role works closely with Account Executives and leadership to develop sales strategies, maintain pipeline visibility, and improve business development processes.

What You'll Do
- Perform business development activities including strategic outreach, discovery/scoping calls, follow-up communication, negotiations, and contract execution
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities and client relationships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support and strengthen their cybersecurity programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and strategic partners to drive successful client outcomes
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and workflow through Salesforce CRM
- Support marketing initiatives and other growth-focused projects across the organization
- Develop quotes and proposals for prospective opportunities
- Research market trends, industry developments, and competitive insights to support business strategy
- Continuously develop sales, communication, and technical consultative skills to provide increasing value to clients and Soteria
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or related role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in cybersecurity, technology, and consultative sales
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
