We’re looking for an experienced daytime caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing attentive, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility as needed
- Monitor and document blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose
- Observe for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Prepare light meals and encourage hydration
- Assist with exercises, walking, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, organized environment
- Complete caregiver documentation each shift
- Support clients with dignity, patience, and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with diabetes management and vital signs strongly preferred
- Dementia experience is a plus
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, observant, and able to work independently
