Role Overview
An experienced Senior Financial Analyst is required to support programme-level financial planning and performance tracking. This role plays an important part in improving financial transparency and enabling more informed decision-making across programme teams, with a focus on enhancing overall financial outcomes.
You will report to a Finance Lead and be based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. A hybrid working arrangement is available following an initial onboarding period conducted on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and detailed analyses covering key financial indicators such as revenue, margins, cash flow, shipments, and order activity
- Develop and maintain estimates at completion (EAC), assessing financial outlooks and identifying required adjustments
- Act as a point of expertise for programme finance processes, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and targets
- Build strong working relationships with teams across programme management, operations, procurement, engineering, and contracts
- Establish and maintain phased financial baselines to monitor cost and schedule performance across multiple programmes
- Track material spend and labour costs using consolidated data sources
- Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support planning activities including annual budgets and long-term strategic forecasts
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present insights on programme financial performance
- Contribute to the development and standardisation of finance processes and best practices
- Assist with bid preparation, audits, and financial reviews
- Create and manage structured financial tracking elements within ERP systems
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced analysts
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant financial analysis experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ experience
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, including functions such as lookups, conditional calculations, and pivot tables
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Background in aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle or comparable systems
