Team Management: Provide direct oversight, performance coaching, and career development for a team of 10 data professionals.
Architectural Oversight: Serve as the subject matter expert on HR data models, overseeing the flow of information from HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) into enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
Insight Delivery: Champion the shift toward intuitive storytelling through advanced Tableau dashboards and business intelligence tools.

Collaboration: Act as the primary consultant to senior executives, translating complex technical datasets into actionable workforce strategies.

Experience: 8 years in Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years in a direct people management/leadership capacity.

Domain Knowledge: Proven background in HR-specific data architecture, including cost-benefit analysis of BI solutions and experience with large-scale HRIS integrations.
Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical executive leadership.
Top Candidates Will Demonstrate:
A "system-thinking" approach to data pipelines and storage.
