Program Snapshot
This program offers professional and technical training to prepare you for careers in application development, customer support, or finance. After your classroom instruction, you’ll be placed in a structured internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh — one of the top financial institutions in the country.
You’ll also receive coaching, resume support, and job search assistance throughout the process.
Who Can Apply?
You may be eligible if you:
- Have completed high school or earned a GED
- Are legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Are available full-time during the week (Monday through Friday)
- Are eager to build professional and technical skills
- Have not earned a bachelor's degree
- Are willing to complete a brief screening process as part of your application
