Employee Benefits Enroller (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)
We are a dynamic health insurance agency that builds, distributes, and services comprehensive employee benefit programs, including ERISA health plans. We are currently seeking dedicated and results-driven professionals to join our team.
We offer both part-time and full-time enrollment opportunities for Life/Health Licensed Insurance Agents. Because we work exclusively with established employer groups that offer varying benefit programs, there is absolutely no cold calling or lead calling required. Full-time roles are based in our office, focusing on over-the-phone enrollments for employer groups, covering health insurance, life insurance, and ancillary benefits. This position focuses strictly on providing top-tier enrollment support to ensure accurate data entry, seamless plan education, and an exceptional experience for the employees we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Enrollment Support
- Conduct in-office over-the-phone enrollments (full-time), as well as onsite or virtual employee enrollment meetings and benefit presentations.
- Explain benefit options, eligibility rules, and plan features in a clear and engaging manner.
- Assist employees with completing enrollment forms and navigating online enrollment platforms.
- Provide one-on-one counseling for employees with specific benefit questions.
- Ensure all enrollment materials, communications, and data are accurate and compliant.
Enrollment Administration & Data Management
- Track, enter, and reconcile enrollment data accurately, making corrections as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm accurate member eligibility and plan setup.
- Ensure strict deadlines for open enrollment periods and new hire onboarding are met.
- Monitor and report on key enrollment metrics, including participation and member experience.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure all enrollment practices strictly adhere to compliance requirements.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records in line with company standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strict requirement for full-time consideration.
- Licensing: Active Life/Health Insurance License preferred, but unlicensed candidates willing to learn will be considered (training and fee reimbursement provided).
- Experience: Background in sales or communication, with 2 years of experience in tele-service or sales preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enrollment schedules and strict deadlines. Experience conducting benefit enrollment meetings or group presentations strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Experience handling calls and conversations with online soft phone.
- Professional Attributes: Customer-focused mindset, high attention to detail in data entry, strong problem-solving abilities, and an approachable, professional presence for employee-facing settings.
Work Environment
- Full-time positions operate in-office for over-the-phone enrollments.
- Occasional travel may be required for onsite enrollments.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $88,094.25 per year
