If you have other responsibilities and are having a hard time finding a job that can work around the hours you need but still provide a consistent schedule this is the place for you! Currently looking for machine operators. This is a production setting operators will be required to operate many machines as well as before manual labor tasks in between cycles. No experience required for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines including lathes and horizontal mills.
- Conduct quality control checks using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met.
- Assemble and deburr components as necessary, following safety protocols and best practices.
- Perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Run multiple machines where cycle time permits.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques is an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
