Service Technician

Remote position

Company vehicle provided, Business Travel expense paid, starting bonus provided, hourly base rate and time and half for overtime when needed, paid time off, company holidays, vacation, sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision and other benefits

Responsible for installation, service, and maintenance of the companies air filtration systems in industries

Automobile travel within a large geographic territory (IL and WI) * must reside within this territory

* perform safe installation,service, preventative maintenance, and repair

* schedule visits, and ensure consistency of communication and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner conduct face to face visits, instill customer confidence and confidential

* analyze work orders, plan travel schedule,

* arranges for appropriate service equipment, supplies, parts to ensure availability to complete assignments

*investigate customer complaints, trouble shoot equipment failures, resolve problems, identify solutions and suggest improvements

*document service and installation actions through Salesforce an create follow up tasks

* special project as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, vocation trade school ideally

Valid drivers license with ' clean driving record'

3 years of experience preferably with a building systems including electrical, mechanical, air flow, HVAC, air pollution control,facilities maintenance

Electrical experience with low voltage/electronics

Installation and or rigging experience is desired

Ability to be certified to off the ground, including ladders, scissor and boom lifts

Effective communication skills,

Work in a fast paced environment, proactive spirit, possess strong business ethics

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer proficiency ( MS Office) Experience with CRM software a plus

Ability to travel extensively within the territory ( IL and WI) including overnights, and possibly weekends when required
