Appointment Setter
Position: Appointment Setter – Warm Leads (In-Office)
Location: Houston, TX 77040 (In-Office)
Pay: $20 per hour COMMI
Shifts: First and Second Shift Available (Flexibility Required)
We are seeking motivated Appointment Setters to contact warm leads who have expressed interest in assistance with exiting their solar energy contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals. This is a high-volume, phone-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, telemarketing, client interaction, and meeting daily performance goals.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads throughout the day.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team using company scripts.
- Enter accurate customer details into the CRM system.
- Maintain strong phone etiquette and a professional, friendly tone.
- Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
- Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday.
- Strong communication skills and customer interaction ability.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with rejection.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work in-office with flexible shift times.
