Now Hiring: Production Operator – 1st Shift
📍 Location: Houston, TX 77041
💲 Pay: $16.50/hour
🕒 Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Job Responsibilities- Load and unload assembly stations for HEV motors and generators.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic mechanical assembly as needed.
- Use hand tools and inspection tools.
- Report quality concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience using hand tools and inspection equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
