Position: Independent Shuttle Operator (IC / 1099)
Route: Carderock Division Headquarters Washington Navy Yard
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime trips only)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Start Date: Pending federal BPA call issuance
✔ Own or lease a 15-passenger van (clean, reliable, climate controlled)
✔ Valid Commercial Class C driver’s license
✔ U.S. Citizen (per federal security requirements)
✔ Clean background (must obtain DBIDS badge)
✔ Good driving record (no more than 2 points)
✔ Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
✔ Ability to operate a fixed federal schedule Monday–Friday
