SOSi is seeking a HR Technician (Jr) to join our team in Tampa, Florida supporting our government customer.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide administrative review and coordination of staff actions
- Draft and synchronize personnel actions to include evaluations, awards, and other admin actions
- Review and monitor IA positions in JMD; request access to Army and Air Force systems
- Manage daily accountability system reporting
- Perform required actions and provide support for DTS as the Routing Official, travel preparer, and non-DTS entry agent
- Assist with command protocol duties in support of staff ceremony
- Inprocessing/outprocessing of service members
- Assist with personnel readiness reviews
- Provide HR support and technical guidance on any sensitive duties
Minimum Requirements
- Active TS with SCI eligibility, with current CI poly or ability to obtain one
- 5 years pf HR experience supporting military or DoD
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Expertise in managing DTS
- 3 years of experience supporting special operations, SA or equivalent agency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating with DIA, DHS
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment, with possible travel requirements in support of customer.
