Associate Application Systems Analyst (SYSMAN)

SOSi is currently seeking an Associate Application Systems Analyst in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in providing cutting edge services. 

• Assist with troubleshooting application errors, operating system(s), server hardware, network communications and storage allocation issues within the SYSMAN environment (MECM/SCOM).
• Utilize diagnostic tools to trace and resolve technical problems.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to track and resolve problems impacting continued system operations and make recommendations for any corrective actions required.
• Plan, coordinate, and document the use of revised/updated procedures, processes, and methods for the operations and maintenance of the SYSMAN infrastructure.
• Provide "on-call" support after business hours and during weekends when required.
• Respond to automatically generated trouble tickets for changes in status and assign them to the appropriate analyst.
• Provide guidance to team members as required.

• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility.
• HS 2 yrs. similar technical experience or AA/AS or BS/BA.
• An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, or SSCP) is required.
• Obtain a Microsoft certification w/in 180 days.

• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary.

• 1 Years of MECM or SCOM Administration Experience
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
