  • DEPARTMENT:** ADMINISTRATION **DIVISION:** CLERICAL
  • CLASSIFICATION:** EXEMPT **STATUS:** FULL TIME
  • JOB SUMMARY:** This is a full-time, exempt position. Duties will

include providing training opportunities, including those that promote

respectful workplace practices and awareness of varied perspectives,

acting as a liaison to contracted IT providers, chairing focus group and

internal affairs committees, donor relations, providing supervision and

staff support as assigned by or in the absence of the Executive

Director, and assisting the Executive Director in donor relations,

resource development, and other daily operations as assigned. All duties

are performed in a manner consistent with the agencys mission and

values.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director, SOS staff, and community

allies in streamlining and designing new and innovative programming

to assist participants in the SOS programs.

  • Collaborate with Executive Director and/or their designee to address

agency training and professional development.

  • Collaborate with Executive Director and/or their designee to create

professional development programing for community partners and

allied professionals.

  • Acts as liaison between IT services provider and staff, assisting

staff with basic technology needs.

  • Act as chair for the staff focus group to gather staff feedback and

recommend improvements to ensure a healthy work environment for

staff.

  • Act as staff liaison to the internal affairs committee.
  • Be a conduit for a healthy environment for staff.

**PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Oversee therapeutic services for agency, including non-clinical

supervision of therapists, interns, and other therapy support staff.

  • Oversee adult and child support groups for clients, including

non-clinical supervision of staff members assigned to support group

duties.

  • Oversee Citizens Review Board (CRB) program, including supervising

any staff assigned to CRB duties.

  • Provide oversight to supervised staff to comply with their grant

goals and objectives.

**RECORD KEEPING**

  • Complete necessary documentation for reporting required for grants

or other funders.

  • Maintain complete program and supervision records as necessary,

including for all supervised staff members.

**OTHER**

Other duties as assigned by the SOS Executive Director, including

complying with grant goals and objectives including, but not limited to,

informing crime victims of their statutory rights and assisting crime

victims in seeking available compensation.
