What You'll Do
As a Home Buying Specialist, you'll be the frontline relationship-builder and deal-maker for our company. Your primary mission is to connect with homeowners looking to sell, build rapport, and negotiate win-win solutions that benefit both parties.
Your day-to-day:
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems
- Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations
- Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person)
- Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed
- Participate in team trainings to sharpen your skills
