Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living environments.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in various indoor and outdoor settings.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate tools and detergents.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation, dusting, floor care, and surface disinfection.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments while delivering consistent results.
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any special requests confidently.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged periods of standing or walking throughout the workday.
