The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately entering large volumes of operational data, validating system information, and generating data-driven insights that support logistics and warehouse operations. This role combines traditional data entry with analytical responsibilities to ensure records are not only correct but also meaningful.This position is primarily remote, but may include occasional in-person collaboration or training at our Oklahoma City headquarters. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, audit, and maintain data across multiple platforms and systems.Analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions based on data insights.Support warehouse and logistics teams by producing accurate performance and efficiency reports.Compile data from various sources (inventory, shipments, order tracking) into structured reports.Validate data integrity through consistent review and error checking.Create visual summaries, dashboards, or charts to present findings to leadership.Coordinate with remote and on-site teams to resolve data inconsistencies.Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data standards.Collaborate with management to develop new data entry and analysis procedures.Participate in remote team meetings to share insights and performance updates.
