The Role
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who brings leadership, creativity, and a love for locally sourced, ingredient‑driven dining. This role shapes the full F&B experience across the ranch — from restaurant service to group events to unique culinary programming that celebrates Moab and our farm‑to‑table philosophy. This role requires a strong communicator who is persistent in leading with empowerment to serve guests first and takes a hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder approach to elevate our guest experience.
What You’ll Lead
- Menu development — Partner with the Executive Chef on seasonal, farm‑forward menus.
- Tech & systems — Experience with Toast, scheduling tools, inventory systems, and Google Workspace. Controlling the numbers and systems to assure compliance with the home office support team.
- Groups & events — Oversee all F&B for weddings, retreats, and corporate groups.
- Culinary experiences — Create memorable food‑driven moments for guests.
- Local sourcing — Build strong relationships with farmers and purveyors.
- Quality & service — Maintain exceptional standards across all outlets.
- Cost & financial management — Budgeting, reporting, and smart cost stewardship.
- Team leadership — Train, mentor, and inspire restaurant and bar teams.
- Guest experience — Create warm, memorable, high‑touch service moments.
- Compliance — Ensure all health, safety, and food‑handling standards.
- Marketing collaboration — Support promotions, events, and storytelling around our farm‑to‑table identity.
- Innovation — Bring fresh ideas, sustainable practices, and industry awareness.

Additional Details
