Location: 120 Glassmaster Road, Lexington, SC 29072
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our assembly operations by ensuring timely delivery of required hardware components. As a Parts Runner, you will receive daily hardware lists, retrieve items from inventory or storage areas, and promptly deliver them to the appropriate workstations. This role plays a key role in maintaining workflow, reducing downtime, and supporting overall production efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who works well under pressure and can juggle multiple requests without losing track of details.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Receive and review requests from assembly team members or supervisors.
- Locate, gather, and verify required hardware from storage or inventory.
- Deliver parts to designated workstations in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of parts pulled and delivered.
- Communicate with the assembly team and other departments to clarify needs and priorities.
- Notify supervisors or inventory personnel of low stock or missing parts.
- Assist with organizing and replenishing hardware storage areas as needed.
- Carefully offload items from the conveyor line and manual powder racks, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Sort items by job, accurately matching them with the appropriate production tags.
- Stack and transport items to the designated departments for final production assembly
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while handling materials.
- Assist with overall department and production needs as required
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Sit, stand, and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.
Required Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
- Material Handling: 1 year (preferred)
