Position OverviewSorian Systems is seeking an Entry-Level Project Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently to help manage projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in project management, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and able to keep projects moving with minimal supervision.
The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors. You should be able to manage timelines, follow up on action items, keep documentation organized, and support multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects from initiation to completion
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and status updates
- Coordinate meetings, document notes, and follow up on action items
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues across active projects
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Keep project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date
- Help ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project goals
- Escalate blockers early and propose practical solutions
- Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and keep projects moving forward
- Support process improvement and help standardize internal project workflows
- Assist with implementation-related coordination, training schedules, testing activities, and go-live preparation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a degree in business, management, healthcare administration, information systems, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, client-facing mindset
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, presentation tools, and project trackers

- Internship, academic, or early work experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, healthcare, or technology
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or Microsoft Project
- Interest in healthcare technology, EHR systems, ERP systems, or operational process improvement
- Experience coordinating teams, student organizations, business projects, or client-facing work
- Understanding of basic project management concepts such as timelines, deliverables, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
