The RMA Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the returned product process including the testing and refurbishing of returned but reusable CaptionCall phones. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing returned equipment and warehouse materials as assigned.
- May operate forklifts or other material handling equipment when assigned and appropriately trained/certified.
- Organize and prioritize warehouse components
- Manage and organize the RMA process to test all defective returns
- Refurbish and reship returned phones that are operational
- Be trained and be an expert in all warehouse functions and operations
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of items shipped and summaries of challenges and successes
- Show a willingness to accept and complete new tasks and assignments as needed
- Positive attitude and team player
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse Environment
- Intermediate Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and through written reports
- Must be able to meet/supervisor daily goals in a fast paced, constantly changing warehouse and quality controlled environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
- Walking, bending, squatting, and kneeling regularly required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull 10-20 lbs. frequently, with occasional manipulation of items 20-100 lbs.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
