What are the responsibilities and job description for the Working Project Manager position at Sorensen Moving & Storage?
Candidate should be skilled in planning, organizing and delivering commercial move/installation projects on time within budget and scope. Should have a background in the commercial moving, logistics and/or furniture installation industry, including an entrepreneurial spirit and sharp critical thinking skills. Budgeting and analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
- Ability to manage multiple commercial moving crews, installers, carpenters
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Understanding project documentation and change order process throughout duration of job
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to upper management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma, Associates and/or Bachelors degree a plus
- Proven working experience as a project manager or industry knowledge in commercial moving, logistics or installation
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
