Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid (field/remote) role for a System Implementation Specialist. The role involves managing system implementations, providing technical support to clients, performing in-depth analysis to optimize processes, delivering training to users, and facilitating effective communication with clients and team members. The specialist will work to ensure the seamless deployment and adoption of technology solutions tailored to business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in POS System management and ability to oversee end-to-end deployment of technology solutions.
- Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and optimize systems and processes to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in Technical Support to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth system operations.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in Training users to onboard and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
