Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, and other cooking tools
- Ensure all food preparation complies with health and safety regulations
- Support food service operations by assisting with meal preparation and plating during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pizza preparation
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
