About the Role

Seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst with strong expertise in SAP GRC, ECC to S/4HANA security migrations, and SAP BTP security. The role focuses on end‑to‑end security design, implementation, and governance across on‑premise and cloud SAP landscapes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and scalable security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP security implementation or migration, including ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
• Perform SU25 activities, SACF comparison, and Generic Allowlist (SLDW) analysis during S/4HANA migration.
• Design and manage roles, authorizations, and access controls across:
• SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA
• SAP Fiori (frontend & backend)
• Lead and support SAP GRC implementations:
• Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM)
• Risk Management and SoD remediation
• Collaborate with audit, compliance, and business stakeholders to enforce governance and SOX controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of SAP security processes.
• SAP BTP Security
• Design and manage SAP BTP security, including:
• Role collections, subaccount access, and authorizations
• Configure and integrate SAP IAS/IPS with corporate identity providers (e.g., Azure AD).
• Secure BTP-based applications and hybrid integrations between BTP and on‑premise SAP systems.

Qualifications

• 9 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security & GRC.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Authorization concepts & ABAP Security
• SAP NetWeaver and Fiori Security
• Identity and access management integrations
• Proven experience working in enterprise or SOX‑controlled environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
