Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account servicing.
- Review insurance coverage with clients and identify opportunities to better protect their assets.
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and updates.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
- Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with producers and team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay current on insurance products, agency procedures, and carrier guidelines.
- Meet agency service standards and contribute to client retention efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience required; insurance agency experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
