Position Summary

The Esthetician will be responsible for providing customized skincare treatments, educating patients on skincare products and treatment plans, and helping patients achieve their skin health goals. This individual will play an important role in patient retention, treatment plan compliance, retail sales, and overall practice growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, delivering outstanding results, and growing alongside an expanding aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations
• Conduct customized facial treatments
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments
• Perform chemical peels within scope of practice
• Assist with microneedling treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures as permitted by licensure and training
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment recommendations
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Capture before-and-after photographs
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and compliance standards
• Assist with inventory management and product organization
• Participate in social media content creation and educational events
• Deliver exceptional patient service from consultation through follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

Required

• Active South Carolina Esthetician License
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient education
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred but Not Required

• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice
• Experience performing Hydrafacial treatments
• Experience with chemical peels and advanced skincare protocols
• Retail sales experience
• Medical Assistant (MA) certification
• Nursing background (LPN or RN)
• Experience with skin of color and diverse patient populations
