Sophie’s Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest management across the Bay Area. We’re known for reliable service, thorough inspections, and consistent results. Our technicians work directly with clients and leadership to deliver safe, effective, and professional pest control solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services according to company protocols

• Conduct inspections and prepare service areas

• Communicate service findings and next steps to clients

• Maintain digital service records and required documentation

• Follow safety procedures in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas

• Operate company vehicles and represent the organization professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer‐facing roles (any industry)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl, climb, and work in confined spaces

• Comfort using mobile apps, GPS, and digital logs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting

• Pest control experience is welcome but not required; training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.)

• Prior experience in home services, facilities, or field‐based work
