Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize revenue.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Knowing the food and wine descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and beer, including ingredients and cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system (Point of Sale)
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is beneficial
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items to enhance sales
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
