SOPAKCO is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead 2nd-shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is critical to ensuring production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop production teams while overseeing daily floor operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a leadership role, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of team performance and results.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (additional training preferred)
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred)
- Experience in USDA and/or AIB environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform basic calculations (yields, labor hours)
- Ability to read and interpret charts, graphs, and technical documents
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd shift
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) ????
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards
- Monitor production performance (yields, labor efficiency, downtime)
- Staff production lines with qualified personnel
- Train, coach, and develop employees
- Communicate goals, priorities, and performance updates clearly
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Promote a positive, accountable team environment
Salary : $45,403 - $68,279
