- You run company-provided residential leads
- You meet with homeowners, evaluate needs, and present solutions
- You focus on communication, professionalism, and doing things the right way
- You close work and hand it off to a dedicated install team
- You are part of a team — not on an island
- Serve homeowners throughout the South Bay and Cerritos area
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience
- Present clear, honest options
- Offer financing and guide decisions
- Close work and collect deposits
- Communicate clearly with the install team for smooth execution
- Drain and sewer services
- Plumbing repairs and upgrades
- Water heaters and tankless systems
- Re-pipes
- Water filtration systems
- General residential plumbing solutions
- $35/hour base pay 12% commission
- Performance-based bonuses
- Realistic first-year earnings: $150,000 to $200,000
- Straightforward commission plan with very limited chargebacks, discussed during the interview process
