In this role you’ll drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration across go-to-market, marketing, finance, legal, and more—ensuring alignment with technical partners on scope, timelines, and budgets. Your leadership, clarity, and strategic vision will enable teams to overcome challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results that move the business forward.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build trusted partnerships with executives and cross-functional leaders. Clearly communicate program status, risks, and dependencies, while driving alignment and informed decision-making. Represent difficult trade-offs with clarity and sound judgment at the executive level.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Align and integrate efforts across Product (engineering, design, product management, PMO) and Business (go-to-market, finance, legal, customer success, etc.) functions. Translate complex requirements into shared priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Risk & Dependency Management
  • Identify program risks, organizational dependencies, and structural challenges early. Develop mitigation strategies, proactively address issues, and ensure business continuity with minimal disruption.
  • Resource & Organizational Management

  • Continuous Improvement
  • Champion standards, tools, and best practices that enhance efficiency and program delivery. Educate and mentor program teams and the PMO to increase organizational impact and maturity.
  • Cultural Leadership
  • Model calm, clarity, and process in ambiguous or high-pressure situations. Actively mentor and guide peers and junior program managers to expand organizational knowledge and leadership capacity.
  • Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above
