POSITION SUMMARY

This position will report to theDirector, AuditbasedinNew York, NYand willberesponsible foraudits of Sony MusicEntertainmentand Sony Music Publishing.This position will also have some globalSonyIT responsibilities.

We need someone who is a critical thinker with the ability to analyze data and communicate results across all levels of the organization both verbally and written. Your role will include assessing large sets of data, interviewing keystake holdersand communicating findings with impact.We need you to have a sense of organization, accuracy,consistencyand attention to detail.In addition, we are looking for someone who is flexible,maintainsan openmindand is committed to achieving goals as a team.
This position will be on a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the NYC office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
OverseeIT,operationaland system reviews domestically and internationally.
Oversee and manage the SOX ITGC program of 2 companies (Sony Music and Sony Publishing)
Overseeproject implementationsincluding control testing, key reportassessmentand program development controls.Strategically analyze and assess in-scope applications.
Project manageall IT related audit projectstimelydeliverable completion
Critically review and analyze IT deliverables to make sure scopeobjectiveshave been met and promote high quality delivery
Think strategically to achieve departmental and projectobjectivesand design execution
Evaluate whether risks to the company areidentifiedand minimized, acceptable internal policies and procedures are followed, resources are used efficiently and economically,and the organization'sobjectivesare effectively achieved.
Leverage andanalyze large data sets to generate insight andidentifypotential exceptionswhere possible
ProactivelyidentifyIT risks and process improvement opportunities.
Track and follow-up on the implementation ofmanagement'saction plans to address identified control gaps/deficiencies.
Draft high impact audit reports for executive managementin power point,utilizinghigh quality data visual skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Contribute to internal department initiatives, such as training and development, updates to internal audit policies and procedures and other internal projects, asrequested.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
Your qualifications and experience should include:
Bachelor's Degreerequired(MIS, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance,or related fieldpreferred)
CISAor CIApreferred
Minimum of5-6years of progressiveexperience in a public accounting firm,private industry internal audit,oranIT/Info Sec department
Must have experience withSOXscoping, SOX controlrationalizationand SOX program execution (e.g.planning,testingand reporting)
Should be familiar with control frameworks (ISMS,COSO, COBIT, CIS, etc.)
Havepreviousexperience in auditing ITGCs across all IT elements/layersconfigurations(SAP,Business Centraletc.)
Must have SAP audit experience
Ability to develop, design, and complete IT operational audits using a risk-based approach
Excellent ability to develop andwriteimpactful reports and presentations
Good project management and organization skills; ability to multitask across multiple projects concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel.
Media or Entertainment industry experience isalsoa plus
Ability totravel internationally ( /-10-15% travel)

Theanticipatedannual base salary for this position is $135,000 to $150,000.In addition to the annual base salary, this role has an annual bonus target of13%.Thisrange does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
