What are the responsibilities and job description for the VAS Lead - 1st & 2nd Shift position at Sonwil Distribution Center Inc?
Job purpose
As a VAS Lead, one will be responsible for unpacking and repacking products directly from customers to assemble various displays and differing case sizes per customer specification, picking orders, and helping to lead the staff within the department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Unpack finished goods from the customer
- Repack products into display boxes and/or cases
- Load products onto pallet
- Printing labels for shipping
- Pick orders
- Daily Forklift usage
- Assist the VAS Supervisor with operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Production experience preferred
- Basic computer experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Forklift Certification preferred
Safety Requirements
- Must wear safety vest
- Must wear safety boots/shoes
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Salary : $18 - $20
