Sonu Lodging is looking for a marketing associate with telemarketing, graphic design and social media experience or education. We are a nationwide retailer of in-room hotel amenities and Sirius XM music for business services, providing new sales as well as service and support to existing customers. While our business is conducted over the phone, we are not a call center. Calls are business to business and based on customer inquiries. A background in sales or radio sales is not required, though previous sales and customer service experience is preferred. Training will be given upon hiring. Positive, self-motivated attitude, basic computer skills and office environment work history are a must. Graphic Design, Website Management, and Social Media Management skills are a plus.
Responsibilities of the marketing position include:
- Effectively manage calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs
- Keep records of customer interactions using CRM
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Brand Management and SEO
- Maintain excellent service standards to retain high customer satisfaction
- Digital Marketing
- Some graphic design
Office hours are Monday -- Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We can be flexible around college class schedules with advanced notice.
This is NOT a remote position. You must be able and willing to commute to West Berlin, NJ.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes potential commission. Health and retirement benefits are available. New employees must pass a probationary period of 90 days before being eligible for health benefits, and one year for retirement benefit eligibility.
