- Log and route resident service requests, and follow up to make sure they're resolved
- Keep resident and unit records accurate and up to date in our property management software (AppFolio)
- Provide general leasing-office and administrative support, and coordinate with the maintenance team as needed
What we're looking for
- Customer-service or front-desk experience (property management, leasing, hospitality, or retail all count)
- Strong communication skills, clear, warm, and professional in writing and on the phone
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle several tasks and follow through
- Comfortable learning and working in property management or CRM software
- Must be local to the Evansville area and available to work on-site
- Able to pass a background check
- A plus: prior apartment leasing or property management experience; bilingual (English/Spanish or other)
Why work with us
- Flexible part-time schedule, we'll build the hours around a good candidate
- Competitive hourly pay based on your experience
- A supportive team and a role where your reliability and attention to detail are genuinely valued
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $19
