Position Summary

Field technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE construction machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on Construction Equipment in the shop and/or field environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Perform structural repairs, including welding.
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
• Document repairs and maintenance using basic computer skills for accurate job records.
• Travel regularly to customer and prospective client locations to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Comply with all road signs and operate vehicles safely within legal limits and weather conditions.
• Follow all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet dealership objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment (construction or heavy machinery preferred).
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Proficient in using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License for company driving purposes.
