Job Description
Job Description:-
•At least 2 years of technical experience
•At least 2 years of working directly with Microsoft Office 365
•At least 1 year of extensive knowledge and experience of deploying, managing, and supporting Office 365, especially OneDrive for Business and SharePoint
•Experience with on premise to SharePoint online
•Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding on premise Exchange servers, Exchange Online, secure email gateways, and ADFS.
•Architecture & deployment experience with Exchange 2010/2013 including mailbox and public folder environment.
•Experience with end user mailbox troubleshooting and creation.
•Troubleshooting knowledge on mail flow and third party spam firewall like Proof point, trend micro, etc.
•Experience in configuring/deploying ADFS
•Experience with Microsoft instant messaging platform (Lync / Skype for Analytical and Communication skills)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year ofeducation
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
