Travel Profile is one of the core (and complex) capability and the current tech lead would be leaving in the next 2-3 weeks.
Profile is running on IBM stack (WebSphere, DB2 with XML features) and currently we just started migrating it to JBOSS/Oracle DB on ePaaS/IaaS infrastructure along with the EDPP encryption initiative.
Qualifications
- Good communication and should be able to lead independently with minimal handholding and direction
- Strong experience with JBoss and Oracle DB
- Amex process/systems/infrastructure experience (e.g. RFC, IMR, ITSC, Cloud – ePaaS/IaaS, SSO, MR, SSO, MYCA, CRPS, LISA/LARA, XL Release etc…)
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Native XML database features (we are heavily using native XMLs in CTT portfolio for profile and other capabilities)
- Some experience in Scrum/Rally/Jira/Confluence
- Nice to have: MongoDB, Cassandra, NodeJS
- Good knowledge of service automation and quality tools/frameworks (SonarQube, Agitar, FindBugs, Cobertura, Selenium etc)
