Job Description
- Initiate and drive post product Go-Live support and sustainment planning activities
- Onshore-Offshore co-ordination
- Proposing enhancements and new solutions
- Provide assistance to VMware employees and customers to resolve application issues, code bugs and user errors in Hyperion Track
- Provide product post go-live war room support
- Define and reinforce standard methods and processes that eliminate errors and avoid re-work.
- Task allocation and reporting
- Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
