Job Description
- The resource should have 5Yrs of relevant experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) with hands on experience of UCS server setup , VMware/ESXI, Voice Gateways, VMware, SIP Trunk, Cisco UCS servers etc.
- Resource will be required to look after the UCCE platform at Accenture data centers in Chicago.
- One of the key requirements of this assignment is that this may require working in out-of-office hrs, on weekends since changes to production system are allowed only during non-peak hours, nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
