Bethany Care Center is currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team.
Business Office Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure Accurate Medicaid billing, authorizations, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Assist Residents/Families with Medicaid applications, renewels, and eligibility requirements
- Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
- Process, account and collect all revenue, expenses and documents in an accurate and timely manner and reconcile all funds used by the residents or the facility
- Other duties include HR, payroll, and admission process
Business Office Manager skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as Buisness office manager in healthcare or long term care
- Strong Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, billing, and application process
- Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and to work
- cooperatively with other employees
- Must capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Must be capable of performing the essential job functions
