Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of industrial sites, marine apparatus to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze blueprints and schematics to verify that construction processes align with project specifications.
- Perform quality control assessments throughout various stages of construction, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
- Collect data related to construction practices and material usage for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address any discrepancies or issues found during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs, notes, and reports for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance during inspections.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data collection methods and identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
