Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for pizza preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety standards.
